Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram Release February Sales Results

Recently, FCA US announced that the company sold 168,326 vehicles in the United States in February, a result that falls slightly short of the number from a year ago. These results were expected, given the company's decision to reduce the number of fleet sales for the daily rental market.

Dodge had an excellent month, with Dodge Challenger improving 19 percent, Dodge Viper gaining 23 percent and sales of the Dodge Journey jumping a remarkable 55 percent.

The Chrysler Pacifica minivan saw sales grow 36 percent over the previous month, as the highly popular vehicle continues to amass industry awards.

Three Jeep vehicles increased sales for the month, as both the Jeep Renegade and Jeep Grand Cherokee posted 11 percent gains compared to February 2016 results. Jeep Wrangler sales grew 2 percent for February, and the entire Jeep lineup saw sales improvements over February 2016.

Ram sales jumped 4 percent for the month, with the Ram pickup sales increasing 5 percent.
